RETAIL SYSTEMS
We currently install cash register and PC based retail systems. The back office is the same for each, although there are more reporting functions and options available to PC based users, there is little difference. Please see RetailKontrol for more details.
The machines available to be used as barcoding machines are the Uniwell SX6660 and the Uniwell UX60/70. These machines deal very well with the complexities of retail work and can be seen on this website.
Alternatively, you can opt for a PC based machine which has been developed in-house allowing us maximum flexibility to adapt our systems to deal with exactly what you need it to do. PoSKontrol is fast, flexible and has a host of user friendly features which make efficient, confident operation easy after minimal training.
PoSKontrol is a till program designed to help business control their Point of Sale effectively, efficiently and above all, simply. We have designed PoSKontrol to work across a wide range of PC based tills, ranging from the most basic to the most sophisticated working across large networks. A very broad choice of peripheral is also available, printers, cash draws etc can all be supplied to meet your needs.
The software has been developed by in-house using our considerable experience of retail industries to combine our expertise in tills and programming meaning that the system has the flexibility of PC tills with all the ease of use and security of a conventional till. PoSKontrol is very fast and extremely easy to use, intelligent prompting by the till means that even the most inexperienced of staff can use the till with a minimal amount of training required. In addition, management can set instructions on an individual PLU which can be used to, for instance, remind staff that this item has an age restriction on it or that batteries are required in order to use the item.
PoSKontrol is future proof. The advantage of using our software is that we are ready and able to incorporate specific requirements into the program, meaning that future developments can be handled with ease without disruption to your system. To this end, the system comes EURO ready and can also deal with any mixture of foreign currencies. EFTPoS is also available if required, this is particularly useful in sites where space or time is at a premium.

Messages can be set up to wait for keypress, just display or beep and display.
For example if a customer order was placed with a supplier, when the goods came in they can be entered onto a transaction, stored and then restored when the customer arrives.
