Herts EPoS now supply the market leading Uniwell DX915. This is based on the hugely successful DX890 but now has a massive 15" screen which is over 100% bigger than the DX890. Uniwell have surpassed the DX890- the terminal is faster, brighter and has even more memory than before. Along with some useful features additions, the DX-915 should be the best Uniwell terminal ever. It is faster, smaller and easier to use than other touch screen terminals. The new DX915 has an overall size reduction of 23% compared to its predecessor the TX870, the high brightness TFT screen provides excellent viewing angles and helps deliver fast service to customers. This stylish new terminal offers high performance and reliability at a low total cost of ownership. The DX915 comes pre-loaded with Uniwell’s point of sale software, providing a complete solution from one supplier. The flexibility of the software enables the DX890 to be configured to meet operational requirements right across the range of pub restaurants, café bars, nightclubs, hotel, fine dining, quick service restaurants, catering and leisure operators.
Reducing training time for operators and improving customer service, the DX915 leads staff easily through transactions, prompting choice of menu options such as cooking instructions and side orders. In table service environments the table plan provides staff with easy and quick access to customer bills and highlights the status of each table. Allied to this, a very flexible and simple to use split billing system makes complicated procedures simple and fast to perform. There is even a feature for manually typing messages to the kitchen!
